What is Ninja Warrior?<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n
\u00a0Similar to Parkour, Ninja Warrior is all about completing an obstacle course as quickly as possible. It focuses on speed, agility and power. You will learn to complete unfamiliar obstacle courses by quickly assessing your environment and developing solution strategies.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Our Training Programs<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n
We offer courses for different age groups based on the athletes\u2019 abilities. Our youngest athletes start at 4 years old, but you\u2019re never too old to join! Adult classes are available.<\/div>\n
Our training season starts in September to align with Regional, Provincial, and International Competitions but you can join a course at any time if there is availability.<\/div>\n
Parkour Ninja 40 offer 4 sessions of Gravity courses per year (fall, winter, spring and summer). Each session lasts between 10 and 16 weeks, depending on the season.<\/b><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
