Over the past two years, we have been developing athletes through our Gravity program with a dynamic blend of Parkour and Ninja Warrior. During this time, groups were primarily organized by age, while athletes progressed through skill development assessed each term. At the end of each session, athletes had the opportunity to demonstrate their growth and earn Level Bracelets, marking the successful achievement of new movements and milestones.<\/p>\n

                  Our classes combine Parkour fundamentals with progressive skill development in a supportive environment where every athlete can learn at their own pace. From vaults, precision jumps, climbing, and balance to flowing obstacle sequences, you’ll develop practical movement skills while improving strength, mobility, coordination, and endurance.<\/p>\n

                  Built around the Parkour Ninja Framework, every class develops five core pillars:<\/p>\n

                  Move: Develop strength, agility, balance, climbing, vaulting, precision jumping, and efficient movement across a variety of obstacles.<\/p>\n
