Parkour Ninja 40 is the first gym in Quebec to be certified as a World Freerun Parkour Federation (WFPF) Academy with 10 certified coaches. We are proud to be a WFPF training center and follow the official programs for parkour athlete development.<\/div>\n
Parkour Ninja 40 also is part of the GymQc, Parkour Quebec program. All our coaches are registered with Parkour Quebec and follow the guidelines set up by the Federation.<\/div>\n
This allows our athletes to benefit from both local and international safety and coaching best practices.<\/div>\n

Parkour Ninja 40 is located in the Kirkland RioCan Center. Our facility is designed to coach Parkour and Ninja Warrier. Parkour Ninja 40 is also part of a larger family called Wimgym. Our gym is divided into multiple zones: Welcome area, Main workout spring floor, Warp wall, Climbing room, Peg room, Ninja course, and a Parkour section.<\/div>\n

Parkour Ninja 40 architecture is designed to challenge athletes in practising their skills. Each week we hold coached sessions led by our Federation certified coaches for our competitive team and our recreational Gravity program.<\/div>\n
Our coaches help you safely develop your skills and apply them to whatever environment you may face. Using sporting blocks and safety mats, you can practise your skills in a safe and adaptable setting. This will help you learn new skills and improve existing ones.<\/div>\n
Parkour Ninja 40 is not just a sports club which trains parkour, but also a community in which you can build lasting friendships.<\/div>\n
Parkour Ninja 40 caters to everyone and is a safe and comfortable place to train parkour and meet a great group of people!<\/div>\n

What to bring when you sign up<\/b><\/div>\n
A pair of clean indoor running shoes: we recommend a skateboard type of shoe because of its flat sole and harder rubber finish (soft white foam soles do not offer the right kind of grip and support). Please put your gym shoes inside the gym to keep them clean and dry \u2013 we have plenty of benches and shoe racks available.<\/div>\n
Water bottle: please label with your child\u2019s name.<\/div>\n
Club T-shirt: Parkour Ninja 40 T-Shirts are mandatory for all athletes. They enhance the safety of their training environment by helping us quickly identify our team, especially when using the equipment in our partner gym Wimgym next door.<\/div>\n
