Private and semi-private lessons are a fabulous way to help an athlete achieve specific goals through one-on-one instruction. Lessons are personalized for each athlete and are based on Parkour Ninja 40’s developmental theories. Lessons are more successful when the athlete is paired with one of the coaches who specialize in their level.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
