Over the past two years, we have been developing athletes through our Gravity program with a dynamic blend of Parkour and Ninja Warrior. During this time, groups were primarily organized by age, while athletes progressed through skill development assessed each term. At the end of each session, athletes had the opportunity to demonstrate their growth and earn Level Bracelets, marking the successful achievement of new movements and milestones.<\/p>\n

As our athletes continue to grow, we are evolving our structure to better reflect skill progression, clarity, and long-term development. The Gravity program is now built around a clear 8-level pathway, guiding athletes from foundational movement to advanced performance and mastery.<\/p>\n

The Gravity \u00a0course is a dynamic 1-hour introductory program for 4-year-olds, thoughtfully crafted to immerse children in the exciting world of Parkour and Ninja Obstacle skills. The curriculum offers a structured exploration of five engaging stations: The Climbing Board, Warp Wall, Peg Board, Ninja Warrior, and the Parkour. Each session focuses on foundational movement skills: jumping, safe landings, climbing techniques, traversing varied objects, rolling, and mastering safe falling methods. This course is ideal for energetic children seeking new ways to channel their enthusiasm and build confidence in movement.<\/p>\n

The Adult Course (16+ years) is for any adult who wants to learn or perfect Parkour or Ninja movements. This two (2) hour course requires no experience, as it is designed to learn and develop Gravity skills at all levels. This program is given under the supervision of our trainers qualified to provide manual assistance (“spotting”).<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
