Gravity

Gravity is an exhilarating hybrid sport that combines the obstacle endurance of Ninja Warrior with the fluid, expressive movement of Parkour. Gravity is designed to challenge participants to complete a dynamic, multi-level course that includes obstacles testing speed, strength, agility, and creativity. Points are awarded not only for completing each challenge but also for executing smooth transitions, unique maneuvers, and creative freestyle moves. With elements that demand balance, adaptability, and an intense “flow state” of mind, Gravity pushes athletes to conquer both physical obstacles and mental boundaries, making it a sport that celebrates resilience, innovation, and mastery of movement.

Parkour

Parkour is a physical discipline that involves moving through and navigating obstacles in the most efficient way possible, typically in an urban environment. Practitioners of Parkour, use running, jumping, climbing, and various acrobatic movements to overcome barriers like walls, railings, ledges, and gaps.

The main philosophy behind parkour is to cultivate a “flow” of movement, aiming to be quick and agile while minimizing unnecessary motion. This discipline encourages creativity, adaptability, and mental focus, often helping traceurs build confidence, resilience, and problem-solving skills. Although it shares some elements with freerunning, parkour tends to emphasize efficiency and utility, whereas freerunning is more about creative expression and sometimes includes flips and other visually impressive moves

Ninja Warrior

Ninja Warrior, a popular athletic competition that originated in Japan as Sasuke and has spread globally, inspiring local adaptations like American Ninja Warrior. The competition challenges athletes to complete a series of increasingly difficult obstacle courses designed to test their strength, agility, endurance, and mental focus.

The goal of Ninja Warrior is to progress through all stages of the course and ultimately complete the final stage, which usually involves climbing a tall structure (often called “Mt. Midoriyama” in the Japanese version). Very few competitors have completed the entire course, making it a prestigious achievement in the world of obstacle course sports.
