Age Requirements:

Our birthday party packages are designed for children aged 5 and up.

Children’s parties are available exclusively on Sundays!

Time Slots:

  • 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM
  • 1:45 PM to 3:15 PM
  • 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM
  • 5:15 PM to 6:30 pm

Welcome to Parkour Ninja 40 – Let’s Get Ready to Play!

We’re thrilled to host your party at Parkour Ninja 40! Here’s what you need to know to ensure a fun, seamless, and exciting experience for everyone:

Arrival Time

Please arrive 15 minutes before your party start time so we can get everyone ready for action!

If your party includes the party room, it will be available starting 1 hour after the party begins.

Outdoor Clothing & Footwear

  • Upon arrival, all participants will be asked to remove outdoor clothing (jackets, boots, outdoor shoes, etc.). We’ll provide a designated area for personal belongings.
  • Participants should wear indoor running shoes that are clean and different from the ones they wore outside. Grip socks are not permitted.
  • If indoor shoes are not brought, participants will need to go barefoot for the duration of the activities.

Note: All footwear will be checked for cleanliness and suitability. Unsuitable footwear must be removed to ensure safety.

Warm-Up & Activities

Before jumping into the fun, all participants will start with a warm-up session.

Activities may include:

  • Warp Wall
  • Ninja Course
  • Obstacle Course
  • Peg Rooms
  • Climbing Room
  • Parkour Section

Activities are tailored to the age and ability of the group to ensure everyone has an amazing time.

PRICING PACKAGES

10 participants and less: $265

11 to 15 participants: $295

16 to 20 participants: $325

21 to 25 participants: $355

26 to 29 participants: $390

We also offer to rent our birthday party room:
30 minutes: $30

60 minutes $50

90 minutes: $80 *This option is only available for the first party of the day (12:00–13:30 PM). You can rent the party room during your full 90 minute party for an additional $80.

Dress for Success

  • Sports clothes are highly recommended so children can move comfortably and freely.
  • Avoid items like jewelry, zippers, or anything that could cause injury to participants or coaches.

Footwear

  • Wear clean indoor running shoes to ensure safety and performance during activities.

Stay Hydrated

  • Don’t forget to bring water bottles, as we do not have a water fountain available on-site.

How to Reserve Your Party at Parkour Ninja 40

We’re excited to host your special day! Here’s how you can reserve your party and important details about the process:

Booking Your Party

  • To reserve your date and time slot, please contact us at 514-630-0111 or send an email to info@wimgym.ca.
  • A $100 reservation deposit is required to secure your spot.

Final Confirmation

  • 7 days prior to your party, we will contact you to confirm the final number of participants and charge the full amount for the activity. This charge is in addition to the reservation deposit.

Code of Conduct

We strive to create a safe and positive environment for everyone. Please note:

  • To ensure everyone’s safety, the staff’s instructions must be followed at all times.
  • Any form of verbal or physical abuse towards our staff will end the party immediately.
  • In such cases, all activities will be immediately canceled, and you will be asked to leave the premises.
