Birthday Party Packages Description

Make your child’s birthday celebration unforgettable with our action-packed, adventure-filled party packages! Perfect for kids who love to move, explore, and have fun, each package is designed to combine excitement and skill-building activities led by professional animators..

Package #1: Full Play Package

Duration: 1 hour and 30 minutes

  • What’s Included:
    • Animator-led activities for the entire duration.
    • Warm-up games to energize the group.
    • Ninja Warrior and Parkour-style challenges and activities.
    • Skill development (available upon request).
    • Full gym access, including a limited parkour section.

This package is all about active play and fun! Please note: this package does not include access to a party room.

Package #2: Full Play + Party Room (30 minutes)

Duration: 2 hours (1.5 hours of play + 30 minutes in the party room)

  • What’s Included:
    • Animator-led activities for 1.5 hours.
    • Warm-up games, Ninja Warrior challenges, parkour activities, and optional skill-building.
    • Full gym access with a limited parkour section.
    • Party Room Access for 30 minutes to enjoy cake and open gifts.

The party room will be available 1 hour after the party begins, allowing a smooth transition from active play to celebration time.

Package #3: Full Play + Extended Party Room (50 minutes)

Duration: 2 hours and 20 minutes (1.5 hours of play + 50 minutes in the party room)

  • What’s Included:
    • Animator-led activities for 1.5 hours.
    • Warm-up games, Ninja Warrior challenges, parkour activities, and optional skill-building.
    • Full gym access with a limited parkour section.
    • Party Room Access for 50 minutes to enjoy cake, gifts, and extra time to celebrate.

The party room will be ready 1 hour after the party begins, offering plenty of time for both active play and a relaxed celebration.

Age Requirements:

Our birthday party packages are designed for children aged 5 and up.

Children’s parties are available exclusively on Sundays!

Time Slots:

  • 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM (up to 10 children)
  • 1:45 PM to 3:15 PM
  • 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM
  • 5:15 PM to 6:30 pm

Welcome to Parkour Ninja 40 – Let’s Get Ready to Play!

We’re thrilled to host your party at Parkour Ninja 40! Here’s what you need to know to ensure a fun, seamless, and exciting experience for everyone:

Arrival Time

Please arrive 15 minutes before your party start time so we can get everyone ready for action!

If your party includes the party room, it will be available starting 1 hour after the party begins.

Outdoor Clothing & Footwear

  • Upon arrival, all participants will be asked to remove outdoor clothing (jackets, boots, outdoor shoes, etc.). We’ll provide a designated area for personal belongings.
  • Participants should wear indoor running shoes that are clean and different from the ones they wore outside. Grip socks are not permitted.
  • If indoor shoes are not brought, participants will need to go barefoot for the duration of the activities.

Note: All footwear will be checked for cleanliness and suitability. Unsuitable footwear must be removed to ensure safety.

Warm-Up & Activities

Before jumping into the fun, all participants will start with a warm-up session.

Activities may include:

  • Warp Wall
  • Ninja Course
  • Obstacle Course
  • Peg Rooms
  • Climbing Room
  • Parkour Section

Activities are tailored to the age and ability of the group to ensure everyone has an amazing time.

11 to 15 participants: $295

16 to 20 participants: $325

Helpful Recommendations for a Safe and Fun Experience

To ensure everyone has a fantastic time at Parkour Ninja 40, here are a few key recommendations:

Dress for Success

  • Sports clothes are highly recommended so children can move comfortably and freely.
  • Avoid items like jewelry, zippers, or anything that could cause injury to participants or coaches.

Footwear

  • Wear clean indoor running shoes to ensure safety and performance during activities.

Stay Hydrated

  • Don’t forget to bring water bottles, as we do not have a water fountain available on-site.

How to Reserve Your Party at Parkour Ninja 40

We’re excited to host your special day! Here’s how you can reserve your party and important details about the process:

Booking Your Party

  • To reserve your date and time slot, please contact us at 514-630-0111 or send an email to info@wimgym.ca.
  • A $150 reservation deposit is required to secure your spot.

Final Confirmation

  • 7 days prior to your party, we will contact you to confirm the final number of participants and charge the full amount for the activity. This charge is in addition to the reservation deposit.

Reservation Deposit Refund Policy

  • If you need to cancel your party up to 7 days prior to your date, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
  • Your deposit will be refunded in cash or via e-transfer within 3 days after the party. A signed receipt from the party organizer will be required to process the refund. (Please note: Only the party organizer can receive the refund and sign the receipt.)
  • If there are additional participants who were not confirmed prior to the party, the deposit will be adjusted to cover the difference between the agreed package and the actual number of attendees.

Code of Conduct

We strive to create a safe and positive environment for everyone. Please note:

  • To ensure everyone’s safety, the staff’s instructions must be followed at all times.
  • Any form of verbal or physical abuse towards our staff will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
  • In such cases, all activities will be immediately canceled, and you will be asked to leave the premises.
